Feeling self conscious about belly
Anyone else just hating the way they’re looking ? I am 19 weeks 3 days I went from being fit and working out every day, eating healthy to gaining a lot of weight first trimester because I could barely move and only stomach carbs and sugar. Now I’m combination with that weight gain and my IBS I feel like I just have weird fat pouches on my back and stomach while everyone else has this cute round belly. When I was pregnant with my daughter 15 years ago I felt fine the whole time and barely gained any weight.
It’s really taking a tole on my body dysmorphia and my ability to feel positive.
P.S please don’t suggest therapy. I know therapy exists, I’ve tried therapy and just looking to feel less alone in this feeling.
