BFN but no AF post MC

I had a miscarriage in Oct followed by a d&c.

My first cycle I didn’t ovulate.

I’m now 15DPO which is my first time ovulating since the miscarriage. I always get AF on 14DPO.

I know exactly when I ovulated.

I’m getting BFN but my temps are still high and no sign of AF.

Any insights?
