Is this a miscarriage?

I got 2 positive test I was 5 days late and then started cramping and  bleeding and this came out I would of been like 2 -3 weeks pregnant does this look like a miscarriage at all !?

Sadly it does that’s how I had my first miscarriage but I was around 6-7 weeks I had taken a pregnancy test it came back positive but I had very bad cramps a week later I started bleeding bright red with clots like yours and they turned heavier until I miscarried the sac …prayers go out to you 🙏🏻

Have you contacted your OB about this yet? If not, I absolutely would. Not sure of your time zone but if it’s after hours please call the after hours nurses line!
