Should I get a second opinion ?

I was 5 weeks 1 day when I got a transvaginal ultrasound. We saw a sac and yolk sac. But my pcm called me saying the ultrasound place ruled it as a non viable pregnancy?? 
I remember with my other son I was 5 weeks 4 days and saw the same thing and at 6 weeks there was a little line that was my baby with a flickering heartbeat! Im so confused.
Our base sends us off base to get ultrasounds done. The only place in Fairbanks Alaska,

I think the only reason to get a second opinion right now is if they’re recommending terminating the pregnancy. If they think the pregnancy isn’t viable, but they’re offering to wait a few weeks to see if either it is viable or your body responds, then I’m not sure a second opinion will help all that much right now as you’ll have another ultrasound in a few weeks.
