Incest

I did not know where to post this but how can I deal with an uncle touching me. I have 2 under 2 I will protect them to my death most think I’m overprotective but I know I’m protective enough I was under 10 older then 6 I know and remember what he did but I blocked it out for so many years it’s hard to talk about I don’t have specifics so even if I wanted to press charges I couldn’t or they are probably pass the statue of limitations on top of that he’s in another country but besides that how does one get passed it it’s so hard for me to be 100% in relationships because I feel so blocked off or I feel ugly idk it’s hard to talk to friends and family because I don’t want ppl to know
