Negative again

I’m due for period in 2 days, I know I’m not officially out yet but with my 4 pregnancies before I always had a positive at 10dpo and I’m 11 today.

I’m not sure what to do anymore, I had a chemical in November, a mmc on new years last year. I really wanted to be pregnant by the end of this year. I’m having a hard time trying to understand what’s wrong and why I can’t get pregnant anymore. We’ve done so many tests and doctor visits this year and everything looks normal. 💔💔

What else can I do 😭😭 I can’t afford Ivf or iui 💔
