Struggling to conceive baby #1

My wife has been TTC for years now she is 31 and I’m 32 tried everything bbt, ovulation tests. She even checks her cervix. So we decided to see a doctor and the doctor confirmed she is ovulating but both of her tubes are blocked and the only way to conceive is IVF.

Now there’s nothing wrong with IVF but our insurance doesn’t cover any of it and we live in Georgia but we are hoping somebody out there has some advice I can tell me wife because not conceiving and she’s almost 32 and it is killing her.

Everywhere she looks she sees someone pregnant and it reminds her of what will never be and it kills me because I can’t do anything to help her feel better or make this horrible feeling not go away

She always says am I really a woman if I can’t have kids. She said not wanting kids and can’t have kids are two different things

Update I did have the first child 5 years ago but we both get cycles and we both have dreams of conceiving. Her living with me and I’ve already conceived makes her struggle more harder. Because she wants to be the one laying on the table doing the ultrasound
