How do you cope?
I know that grief is a weird process and there’s not necessarily any “normal” way to process, but I am hating the stage I am in currently. I plan on finding a new therapist to help, but for now, I’m looking for any tips! I have been feeling so much resentment towards people making pregnancy and birth announcements and then immediately become overwhelmed with guilt. Anyone have any ways they have combatted this?
