Did I miss my first opk positive?

My chart looks like I ovulated on day 18 but I didn’t get a positive opk until day 19. Did I possibly miss my first positive even though I tested twice a day since day 10? Or am I reading it wrong and haven’t spiked enough yet? My first month adding in bbt as well as opks
