Spotting at 8 weeks

I’m about 8 weeks pregnant and have been spotting brownish for a week now. I went for a viability scan last Monday and all was fine- they said likely old implantation blood. But it’s been on and off since then and I’m losing my mind. It’s mostly when I wipe- sometimes I’ll see some on a liner. I go at 2 today for another scan and my anxiety is thru the roof. Can anyone give me some positive stories with spotting?
