Just came here to rant
Two more weeks and counting till I can leave this annoying company.
All this micro managing bs is stupid. How am I being asked about something I did two months ago, which has been solved. Does anyone else have to deal with this crap at their workplace?
It’s particularly frustrating when you have such a big workload as it is and the line manager decides to pick on something which no longer holds relevance. It’s just counterproductive because instead of revisiting all of this stuff, I could be dealing with current clients.
You hired me because you trusted I could do the job, so let me do it. I’m just being criticised over the SMALLEST of things.
