PERIOD PAIN
HELP. I can’t get out of bed with how bad my period cramps are. I’ve never had them so bad before. I can hardly even eat. However, I HAVE to run errands today. It’s my only day off before Christmas eve and I have last minute things to grab. Does anyone have any advice? I’ve tried a hot shower and ibuprofen but nothing so far.
