Intense pelvic pressure and pain 18w2d

Hi y’all! I want to start off with saying I have a doctors appointment tomorrow (12/20) at 2:30 and I more so wanted your thoughts/opinions/experiences.

I am currently 18w2d, still feeling little movements here and there, and for the last 4 days I’ve been having intense pelvic pressure that can be really painful at times.

Mostly when I am walking. Short or long distances. To the bathroom or grocery shopping. Today I’be been have this happen all day when I’m standing still, walking, and sitting constantly. It’s mostly on both my left and right sides is the pain/pressure and the middle area is just pressure.

The nurse I talked to today told me is could be a UTI and I’ve had one before and it feels nothing like that. Do you have any idea or experience anything like this?
