Mucus plug ???

Is it possible to lose your mucus plug at 19 weeks? 
I’m not one to post pictures of vaginal discharge because I think that’s gross 😂 but I’m trying to decide if I should freak out or not. I’m quite crampy 
Looks exactly like my mucus plug with my first baby, I know they can regenerate….

Can I ask if you had sex within the last 24 hours before this came out? I get this kind of discharge usually within the next day after having sex and I just chalked it up to my body cleaning itself lol

Regular discharge a mucus plug could come out but it also regenerates as well I lost mine starting at 32 weeks up until 40 weeks

It almost looks like regular increased discharge. I have this too once in a while in different amounts that looks just like that. Personally my mucus plug in my first pregnancy was NEON GREEN😅 there was no mistaking when I lost a chunk!
