Implantation Bleeding or?🩸

So I’m 6 days away from my a supposed period and when i went to pee earlier i had this bright red blood on the tissue like that was just it. I didn’t had to put any liner or pad (and no i aint posting a tmi pic lol) anyways it’s my first time to ever experience this. And now I’m having this really mild flutter feeling on my pelvis. And i have a medium lower back pain. Do you think this is a sign of implantation? I wanna get some insights from ladies out there who experience implantation bleeding. Thank you! 💕
