How to put myself into labor?

What worked for you guys? I got the ok to try to make baby come on her own! I know having sex is one but that sounds absolutely awful 🤢

Girl nothing. Ive had four and desperately tried each time and still had to get induced.

I did red raspberry tea, dates, hiking, stairs, squats, ball. All the usual suspects and I went HARD (hiked up a mountain on my due date). One day after my due date I gave up and decided I was going to do absolutely nothing but kick my feet up and sure enough, my water broke while I was taking a nap. So do all the things, but make sure to give yourself time to rest too. I had DREAM labour (3 hours total) which I believe is a result of how hard I went with my workouts, etc., but I firmly believe my body needed to be in a relaxed state in order to enter labour, which it wasn’t before that day.

Eating pineapple,  drinking raspberry leaf tea, bouncing on a ball, and hiking is also supposed to help. None of that worked for me, though!
