SCH after fall at 20 weeks

So I'm currently 20 weeks and 2 days ago I fell down my steps in my home. I got an ultrasound and baby looks good same with the placenta and the fluid however they found a small subchorionic hematoma that developed due to my fall I have another ultrasound in 2 weeks to check it again. Has anyone else had this after a fall? I'm making myself worried sick however my ob isn't too worried about it

I'm not having any bleeding or cramping thank goodness 🙏
