Anyone else experienced cramping 6 days before period was due?

Today I am 6 days before my period is due and I've been cramping for the last 3 days, but today all day I've been cramping like crazy, it's very unusual for me. I've got other symptoms too, but I had them for like the last 5 days, don't think I could be pregnant as all those other symptoms started about 5-6 days dpo recording to my app. I took a cheapy pregnancy test just in case, but it was negative, I know it would be too early to test, but I was just confused what's going on. When I was pregnant I didn't have any symptoms with both of my kids till my missed period. Any similar stories?
