First time pregnant with first try and lost my sunshine baby yesterday at 6 weeks 2 days. gestation sac and feral pole without heartbeat detected on vaginal ultrasound.

It’s so difficult and I feel like crying every second ..

came back from hospital this afternoon where they said everything was in right place but hcg was not doubling and finally it dropped last night from 333 to 300. Had major cramps and killing lower back pain which subsided in few hours after pain killers.

It just feel so unfair & disturbing specially when we were all ready to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary tomorrow.

Why me god ? Why you took my sunshine away ? 🤍
