Is this really concerning ?

I’m 16 weeks and I have low backache for several days now and today i have some abdominal cramps around my tummy. Should I get worry ?

I wouldn't worry. I'm 16w 2d and I get backaches everyday and my abdominal cramps.too but it's round ligament pains. If it's really bad and your really concerned go into your doctor

It wouldn’t hurt to call your OB and get checked. I was 15 weeks and thought my cramping was just gas. It wasn’t. If there is any sort of pattern to your back pain or cramping, definitely get checked.

Do you have all these other symptoms? In my last pregnancy I had backaches all the time and some uterus pain from it stretching. What you describe sounds pretty normal (unfortunately).
