Flaxseed?

Okay ladies I’ve heard a lot about flaxseed, is it worth buying it? Does it actually help to get pregnant? My friend said she did flaxseed for about 3 months and ended up pregnant, I’m just getting other opinions.

Flax seeds are a fertility friendly food! There are a bunch of fertility friendly foods. It won’t necessarily help you get pregnant but certain foods have good health qualities to them. Google fertility friendly foods.

I haven’t heard of people using it related to fertility, but I use it all the time in my cooking because it has a lot of good health qualities! So it probably wouldn’t hurt to try.
