Progesterone

Ok so i naturally grew a 22mm follicle. That’s good for me because I have low amh. So doctor confirmed when I should ovulate. Well I came back into the doctor to check my progesterone. At 6 dpo.. it was at 4.7 or 5. Nurse told me the doctor wants it about 6 to confirm ovulation and told me to continue the 200mg of progesterone vaginally and to test in one week. I’m trying not to freak out… does this mean I haven’t ovulated yet or I did and my progesterone is low. Please help!
