I like Jamie as a J name but I would maybe try to give them names with different letters personally if it's an option for you.

They’re too similar. I’d pick the one you like best and then give the other a name that doesn’t start with J.

I like the names but personally it's hard for me to keep twin's names straight when they are similar (even if it's only the first letter!)
