I’m guessing miscarriage (this will be my 4th one)

Had slight cramping, a few tiny pin dot clots, still having pregnancy symptoms, digital test positive this morning. I’m 5 weeks 2 days, don’t know when I ovulated as wasn’t tracking (or trying tbh)

This bleeding lasted around 6 hours, only when I wipe nothing on a pad. Now (1am) it’s just pink discharge with a bit of red blood in there. But only drops.

I’ve contacted the doctors surgery who said that a doctor would call me back this evening and hasn’t 🙃

Only a doctor can refer me to be seen at the hospital (I’m in the UK)

Don’t know what I’m asking really, I guess just your stories if you’ve been though something similar or know of someone who has.
