Not finding heartbeat

So I’m around 11weeks and I decided to give my Doppler a try even though I know better. With my first I heard it around this time but I was also thinner then and didn’t have scar tissue from 2 c-sections. So even though I know the Doppler probably just can’t pick it up yet I scared myself and now I’m imagining the worst. Why do I do this to myself🤦🏻‍♀️ also I had an ultrasound at 9weeks and everything was perfect had a heartbeat measuring 171 and was moving like crazy. I have an appointment on the 4th so just trying to keep good thoughts(but it’s hard)
