39 weeks cramping pain, could this mean labor is coming?

As I was peeing earlier I felt sudden pressure and like my insides dropped down then I swear my bump looked lower afterwards so thinking maybe baby has dropped. Since then I've had a more full and heavy feeling and I went to pee again and was really struggling to actually go. Caused lower abdominal pain and pain in my bum too (tmi sorry). Now I've got what feels like period cramps all around the front of my lower abdomen. Anyone else had this? Could it mean labour is nearing?!
