Sore throat

Hi ladies.

Idk if I should visit a doctor for this as it seems ridiculously benign.

So I've had a lot of throat infections in my life, I get a sore throat whenever I've had too little sleep. I've been taking ibuprofen and the infection usually clears within 1 to 4 days which is normal.

However where usually when I have this my glands are rather swollen.

This time the pain seems just different, not only the feeling but the placing is different and I feel a lump right under my chin. Against my throat, not on the sides where my glands are. My glands are also not swollen and I feel a bit difficulty to swallow (plain water)

Do you think I'd need a doctor to assess this?
