Endosalpingiosis and my period/ Sex frustration

I have not had a period since July 2022, but it was post surgery and so I am not sure if it was an actual period or a symptom of surgery.. My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship so we don’t get to see each other but every 6 months. I was just up there last week and we had unprotected sex multiple times while I was there, and I was hoping that it would start my period or I would get some sort of relief as I’m cramping 24/7 and can’t get any relief.. we are trying to start our lives together but I know that if I don’t get a period there is little to no chance of getting pregnant. I honestly want to give up on my future as a mother.
