Shower after sex

So we have been TTC for 3 years now and still no luck. We had sex the other day and it turns out that was my peak, but I didn't know until after we had sex. I laid on the bed afterwards for about 5-10 minutes and then got up to shower, does that affect the sperm from meeting the egg?
