Pregnancy glow?

So last time i convinced (I had a MC sadly) my skin cleared up VERY quick after conception like a few days and I had the pregnancy glow I ALWAYS have some sort of acne anyways it’s been like 4 days since my man came in me and I noticed now I don’t have anymore acne again and I was looking in the mirror and noticed it looks like my skin has glitter on it like it’s SOOOOO sparkly I haven’t put lotion on today or any face creams has anyone had this happen to them and ended up pregnant? 🤞🏼
