Left Ovary Pain
Hi, I have an IUD for background. I had sex without a condom about two weeks ago on my period. My period is not supposed to start for 12 more days but the past few days I have been experiencing painful pressure and cramps just in my left ovary. Today, I am spotting pink and have more period like cramps. Is this me ovulating or could I be pregnant?
