So this is going to sound really strange but here goes nothing. When I’m falling to sleep (particularly when napping) I sometimes get sleep paralysis but I don’t visually see anything, I can usually just hear things that’s aren’t there, like my name being called) and my vision will remain black. Recently, maybe for the last 3 months or so I will have this same episode of hearing things in the room and I’m unable to wake myself but I can feel myself having sexual acts performed on me and I am unable to move. I can feel myself being moved into position and can actually feel what’s going on, as in the intercourse and even to the point of feeling them kiss me and breathe on me, all whilst my vision remains black. I wake up and it all feels so real, it’s not like a dream where you can see what’s going on, it’s almost like it’s actually happening and I can actually feel the movements but my eyes are just closed. It’s to the point I have to get up and check every door and window to make sure no one has been in the house. Has anyone else experienced this or heard of anything similar? Any help would be appreciated, thanks:)
