Just anxious
I was helping in the daycare classroom. Bend over to get a kid and stood up and smacked my mid back spine area on the fire extinguisher on the wall. Small medium size one and it hurt. But now my anxiety is higher and scared I hurt it. It’s a little sore but I hit it so I know it’s sore. But can it hurt my spine or injury my internal organs just scared. Be nice please worries.
