UTI maybe?

Idk where else to ask. I'm 28 and I've never had a UTI before. Yesterday I woke up around 5am because of stomach pain. I got up and went to the bathroom and it burned to pee. It looked a little pink but idk if it was from the urine or if I was spotting between periods bc that happens sometimes. Took some ibuprofen and went back to bed. When I got up for work at 7:30 the stomach pain was gone but it still hurts to pee and that area felt a burning sensation just in general even when not peeing. I drank extra water through the day and went to bed with it still being uncomfortable. When I woke up this morning at 6:30 and went to the bathroom it burned really bad and I decided I would go to the doctor after work today, but now it's 10:30am and I feel fine. Everything seems normal so idk whether to still go to the doctor or not because I don't like going if I don't have to.
