Trying to get into a good career with no college degree

Hi everyone,

Happy new year!

I really envy those who know what they want let alone who have achieved a college degree. I was going to college for communications but I got unmotivated. I may go back and finish at least my associates to further my career and my salary. At the same time , I don’t like school. It just reminds me of how I am not good enough in a sense. I am currently a front desk agent a nice luxury hotel and I’m just ready for a change. I do like the hospitality industry. I really want to work with events and travel. However, all the positions are filled. I even want to start a YouTube channel but have no ideas and low confidence. So What advice can you all provide for a lost girl like me ? Smh but I live in Los Angeles so the pressure is on.
