Bleeding ?

So sorry if this is TMI! But I’m not sure what to think. Im a first time mom to be and I am about 10 weeks pregnant . Last night around midnight I woke up to a decent amount of bleeding with slight cramping . It is 9 am now and I am still bleeding . It’s not a super strong flow , but it is constant and has some clotting …. I haven’t bled at all during my pregnancy until now . I have an appointment with my DR in a week, but should I be worried ? Or could this be normal ?? I was told that if I’m bleeding for my than 24 hrs , it could be an indication that I have miscarried . Has anyone else had a similar experience ? And with what outcome ?
