Bridesmaid rant

So, I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and I was initially very excited! But now that excitement is dwindling. 1) I am not very close to the bride at all 2) another bridesmaid knows my fiancé from the past (this is a whole different rant) but basically I don’t like being around people from his past 3) I HATE the theme of the wedding ~

Of course, I will never bring up any of this to the bride, which is why I am posting this here. I am trying to remain positive and not focus on the negatives but sometimes it’s hard not to. I also never thought in a million years that my fiancé would know a bridesmaid in this wedding… but here we are. In addition, I hate weddings with head tables and they will have one ~ ugh, I know such selfish problems and I would never voice these opinions to the bride but ugh ~ I’m hoping now that I have wrote my negative feelings out I can let them go 🫠
