Do you take your wedding/engagement ring off when you wash your hands?

I always keep my ring on when I wash my hands but take it off to shower and I just noticed the little diamonds around the band came off! I’m so upset I’ve had this ring less then a year! I have the diamond protection but still upsetting knowing they can come out that easy. I do wash my hands more then a normal person but don’t think I was too rough. It’s just weird they just came out because this ring wasn’t cheap ☹️

You should get your diamonds checked every 6 months. But yes I take my wedding ring and band off to wash my hands, use sanitizer, or put lotion on. I don’t sleep with them or shower with them on. That’s why my diamonds are still sparkly and don’t have issues.

That’s weird the diamonds should not come off that easy!!! I wash and sanitize my hands an extreme amount at work bc I’m a nurse . At home I take it off when I’m doing my hair or my daughters hair bc I use a lot of products . But I’m general I don’t take them off for hand washing and no issues with the diamonds falling off . Maybe it was loosened around ur diamonds

It normal def get the ring checked. I’m constantly washing and sanitizing cuz of work and I haven’t had any issues losing diamonds.

Glad you have coverage, I have double coverage on mine cause I'm paranoid lol. My husband got protection plan from the jewler when he got it and then I also bought insurance through jewlers mutual after he gave it to me. 
But I don't wear my ring too much so I don't damage it. I don't wear it at home and I don't wear it at work. Definitely never wear your ring sleeping or in the shower!
