Pain behind eye & headaches

I delivered on 12/15 I had a very heavy epidural so it was difficult to push so I did do a lot of pushing with my face . I started getting bad headaches 5 days after delivery and pain behind right eye . OB recommend I get a scan to rule out an aneurysm so I got a CT scan with contrast and doc said everything looked normal. They said it was just migraines . The headaches are not as bad now but they are still on and off as well as the eye pain like when I look to the left it hurts behind my eye. I see the doctor again next week but anyone else experience anything similar?
