Nap transition?

Anyone else’s 18mo still taking two naps?? Sometimes she takes one but a lot of times she’s still taking two naps and I’ve read that they usually start to transition to 1 around this age? Is she sleeping too much??

My little one has been having 1 nap for a while now…but I think as long as her nighttime sleep isn’t disturbed there isn’t really ‘too much’ sleep! I’m sure she’ll grow out of it in her own time.

Once in a while my 18 month will take 1 nap a day, but more often will still take 2. He wakes up at 8 & will nap from 11:30 for 1-1.5 hours. He will nap again around 4:00 for about another 1-1.5 hours. His bedtime is anywhere between 8-9 pm.

My girl takes one really long nap around 1pm. 2-3 hrs. Bedtime 8pm and she sleeps until 7am
