I’m super nervous but have low expectations

So I’m three days late and didn’t really try this month. No testing for ovulation or anything so I have low expectations but I’ve been having headaches and some cramping but haven’t had any bleeding, I’m a tad nauseous and nothing much maybe some body aches but I’m not sure! I have a lot stress so it could be that!! Like here’s my calendar so you can see . I haven’t tested because I’m three years TTC so I’m trying to wait it out lol 😂. Just venting a bit
