prenatal massage
anyone has gotten one? how is it? i’m 30 weeks pregnant and have been having really bad back/sciatic pain where I can barely walk some days. I was recommended to get a prenatal massage and see if it helps.. I’m a little skeptical on letting anyone touch me for whatever reason..
