How to get of it?

I’ve had this bump near my vagina for a while now. I haven’t been paying any attention to it as I thought it would go away but did use a warm compress once in the past month I’ve had it and it seemed like it helped. The swelling seemed to go down but after I stopped paying attention it seemed to come back again. It doesn’t hurt or anything but wondering if I can do anything to get rid of it? Should I pop it by myself using a safety pin and using neosporin? Any recommendations

Also if the popping with safety pin is bad and you’re gonna call me stupid I know it’s a dumb idea but I’d like to get rid of it soon as possible
