Do you have to sign conset forms at birth

So I live in TX I was confirmed pregnant at about 15 weeks because I had no insurance till then and I had positive test before this pregnancy but I would get my period right after so I didn't really take it to seriously but I was a heavy pot smoker like HEAVY I was up there with snoop dog I stop after the ultrasound but now at 38 weeks I'm still popping positive for weed ( used 5 diffrent at home tests) and now I'm scared there gunna call cps on me because I'm officially on baby watch as I can go any day .. I know by signing the consent forms the technically don't have to tell me they drug test me so can I not tell them I just want verbal conset ??

* and I smoked weed because I have bpd and ptsd not just doing it for fun it's really the only thing that has helped me without side effects

* I also got my weed from my mom who has a medical card for it so it was clean pure weed not street weed

Please no judgment I had irregular periods and false positive test apparently and I honestly did not believe I was pregnant till I got on medicade and had a ultrasound done
