Idk what this is but for months I’ve been lightheaded and experiencing a hazy feeling and heavy like feeling over my eyes and brightness gives me headaches when I turn and things it feels laggy like… my doctor said my blood work has been fine but like this makes no sense like the feeling is always there it’s more intense than other times my vision is clear but it feels like laggy it’s not like double vision tho and sometimes I feel like I’m gonna fall I have been staying hydrated as well has anyone else experienced this? 😔 I think I need to just go to the emergency room tho idk it’s just ridiculous laying down doesn’t relive it that much either but it helps some I feel this literally all day
