Am I having a miscarriage ? 😭

Sorry for tmi pic but I’m 5weeks 5 days and I wiped and see this. Have any of you experienced this with a miscarriage?

***Update*** went and seen my Dr. Got blood drawn and got an ultrasound. They can see my gestational sac just not the baby yet. But they said my hcg levels are right on tract. I stopped bleeding. It was only spotting. And so they are not worried about anything. They said I’m doing fine. I believe it was just implantation blood. It was darker red then my first pregnancy but it did turn brown. So no worries as of now thank the Lord 🙏🏼
