I miscarried 4 and a half weeks ago. I’m still barely spotting

I was 13 weeks pregnant when I did and last time I miscarried I didn’t get a negative test until 5 weeks anyway so I wasn’t really counting on seeing a negative test yet. I tested this morning and there is a super faint line that showed up around the 2 min mark

Also we haven’t tried at all since so I’m definitely not actually pregnant

I got super bloated last night and I couldn’t sleep from backaches and I was cramping. It felt exactly how it does when my period is coming

Is it possible to get my period while some hcg is in my system still?
