Hi folks, I’m in the process of having a miscarriage(ectopic pregnancy), I have a question about breast feeding. My boobs are really sore and feel full I was wondering if it’s possible that I’m producing milk? I’m asking because if I am, I would love to pump and donate what milk I can get for mommy’s who can’t get formula or need milk since we’re still in a shortage.
