Food Poisoning + 4 weeks pregnant

I unfortunately got food poisoning yesterday and it lasted for about 12 hours. I woke up this morning feeling a lot better but then started worrying about the baby. I’m 4 weeks and 4 days. This is my second pregnancy. I took three tests. 2 line tests came back positive although faint and the digital came back negative. I’ve gotten two previous positive digitals.

I’m dehydrated and still experiencing diarrhea from the food poisoning. I am steadily taking in more and more water but I’m wondering if anyone has ever been 4 to 5 weeks pregnant and gotten food poisoning and been okay? I don’t have any bleeding as of now and I don’t feel any different… but I’m worried.
