Late ovulation positive test

Hi guys!! So I was not tracking my ovulation or anything this past month, and my last cycle was 40 days. My new cycle started Jan 1 and my period lasted 4 days, which is normal for me for period duration. My cycle is normally 28 days. So that being said, I didn’t know when my period was due to come this month, since last month my cycle was so long, and I had no idea when I was actually going to ovulate. I don’t have a clue on DPO, but I tested positive on a pregnancy test Friday, the 3rd of February with a super faint positive. My app says I should be 5 weeks and 3 days (almost 4 since it’s getting late tonight) my tests are getting darker as normal, but they’re still not equally dark as the control line yet, so I obviously ovulated late in this cycle, since these positives are so fresh. Since we go off of last period start day, am I likely behind 5 weeks?? Here’s a recent test from yesterday. I’ve had a positive digital as well.
